Join us for the first breakfast of a year long series, hosted by the NAIOP Developing Leaders and designed for young leaders only (35 and under). Limited amount of seats are available for this event. Seats are first come, first served. 321 Coffee will be provided.

SHELLEY MCPHATTER
President
Shelley has 24 years of commercial construction experience ranging from new construction to renovations. Shelley’s role at the company is general business management and business development. Prior to founding the business in 2007, Shelley worked in the construction trailers overseeing subcontractors and construction projects for 11 years. Shelley has a BS from Florida Institute of Technology, Melbourne, FL.
