The NAIOP Freshman “Class of 2023” is a series of small, informal, events throughout the year for new NAIOP members to meet other new members and key leaders in our organization to help you build and sustain professional NAIOP partnerships. It’s a great opportunity to meet other NAIOP “newbies” and make lasting connections with others who have recently joined the organization. Membership committee members and board members will also be in attendance.

No cost to attend; must be a NAIOP new member, membership committee member, or Board of Director. One drink ticket provided.

Parking at East End Market:

With the popularity of  tenants and neighbors at Dock 1053 and Bowstring, the general area has been pressed for parking.  There is ample parking on our site; however, there is an implemented a parking validation system for tenants, patrons, and visitors to track parking and charge those who go offsite from East End Market.  With that being said, attendees of the NAIOP event will just need to scan a QR code (see below) to validate  parking for 3 hours.  You can scan the below code or scan when you arrive onsite and enter East Bower Cidery (posted QR codes are everywhere).

Also, on top of the normal surface parking you’ll find at 2020 Progress Ct, please also be aware of additional overflow parking options in adjacent areas, with the main option being the back gravel lot (Option A).
