The NAIOP Freshman “Class of 2021” is a series of small, informal, drop in mixers throughout the year for new NAIOP members to meet other new members and key leaders in our organization to help you build and sustain professional NAIOP partnerships. It’s a great opportunity to meet other NAIOP “newbies” and make lasting connections with others who have recently joined the organization. Membership committee members and board members will also be in attendance.

It’s NO JOKE! Join NAIOP new members on April Fool’s Day as we gather virtually to sample and explore some local beers. Event will be led by Don Van Ollefen, RA, a BJCP Master Beer Judge and mischievous brew master. Don will help us detect the complex flavors and judge each beer on its own merits. A care package with the selected beers will be created for each attendee, so prepare your taste buds and join the new member fun! Beer tasting kit can be picked up the week of March 29th at CMJW Architecture 1838 Wake Forest Road Raleigh, NC 27608.
